Lapsa Shop

Blueberry muffins that are fluffy and topped with a golden, crunchy cinnamon sugar that tastes great. These treats are tall and taste just like the ones you'd find in a bakery.

I love muffins and hate muffins at the same time. I love making cakes, but I don't always want them. Most of the time, I don't want muffins, but sometimes I want chocolate cake, caramel custard, and cinnamon buns. At the same time, I always keep these muffins in my freezer. I take it out, warm it up in the microwave, and spread butter on it whenever I want something sweet with my tea or for breakfast.

You don't have to use as many blueberries as I did in these muffins, but if you want them to have a blueberry jam-like taste, you should. These muffins are easy to put together and taste great. They're also great for parties or picnics because they're quick and easy to make. Also, welcome to picnic season!

What are muffins?

Muffins are small baked treats. They can be sweet or sour. People call them "quick cakes" because they are easy to make and don't take long. Making the dough or batter doesn't take long. Not as light as a sponge cake and not too thick like a quick bread, but they are fluffy and soft.

What is the difference between muffins and cupcakes?

Everything is added to the bowl and whisked together to make muffins. They are quick cakes that can be baked all at once. Alternatively, all the wet ingredients could be mixed together first, and then all the dry ingredients. Either way, it's a quick cake recipe. Most muffins don't have frosting or sauce. There is always icing on cupcakes, and they are softer.

What are bakery style muffins?

Muffins that look like they came from a bakery are tall and big. The ones you see on the shelf of a shop that look so tempting. A dome forms on top of muffins most of the time when they are baked. Bakery style muffins have a bigger dome on top, which makes them look bigger. In fact, they are bigger.

What ingredients do you need to make these Fluffy Blueberry Muffins (Bakery Style)?

We need flout, baking powder, castor sugar, salt, eggs, milk, melted butter (I like to use browned butter), blueberries, and powdered sugar on top to make these muffins. I like putting cinnamon powder on top too. You only need a little vanilla or lemon zest to make it taste great.

What do you need to make these Bakery Style Fluffy Blueberry Muffins?

There is a big mixing bowl, a rubber spatula, a cupcake or muffin tray, spoons, and baking paper to line the pan. You can also use muffin paper bags that are already made.

How do I make these Bakery Style Fluffy Blueberry Muffins?

Start by heating the oven to 220°C. Then, line a muffin or cupcake tray with paper cases or just use square pieces of baking paper to cover the tray in a rough way. Put the eggs, milk, melted butter, and vanilla in a big bowl. Use a whisk to mix the ingredients together. With a rubber spatula, mix the blueberries, castor sugar, baking powder, baking soda, salt, and flour until everything is well mixed.

Do not mix too much. In a muffin pan that has been lined, put 1/2 cup of batter into each mold in turn. This will help the muffins rise while they're baking. If your baking sheet isn't big enough, bake the batter one at a time. Put powdered sugar and cinnamon on top of the cake. At 220℃, bake for 5 minutes. Then lower the heat to 180℃ and bake for 20 minutes, or until a toothpick stuck in the middle comes out clean. Take them off the tray and set them on a wire rack to cool.

How to serve and store these Fluffy Blueberry Muffins(Bakery Style)?

With butter and tea, these muffins are my favorite thing to eat. They taste great hot, but I've also eaten them cold from the fridge and not been upset. After being baked, they can be kept at room temperature for two days in an airtight container or ip lock bags, or they can be kept in the fridge for a week. It can be kept in the freezer for up to two months if you need to. Take off the paper when you're ready to eat and heat it in the microwave for 30 seconds or until it's warm enough.
